PAYMENT

  • Payment is required upon delivery.
  • Filos Design accepts company checks, cash, or credit cards.
  • Wholesale transaction require Tax ID# (Form 149) oSales tax if applicable 7.62%

STANDARD SHIPPING

  • MOST shipments ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail
  • Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 days transit time
  • Depending on the delivery location the driver may or may not require a signature. The package may be left with a neighbor, at the building office, or in a secure location based on the driver?s discretion.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED OPTION

  • The delivery driver will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, a delivery reattempt will be made the following day.
  • Signature required overrides any recipient release that may be on file for deliveries to nonresidential addresses.
  • If you will be unavailable to sign for the package at your shipping address you will need to contact the carrier to arrange for the package to be rerouted.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

  • LARGER ITEMS AND BULK ships standard freight by various carriers
  • Standard Freight includes curbside delivery only
  • Freight shipments can take between 1-4 weeks transit time
  • Freight companies contact customers to arrange a delivery appointment
  • FREIGHT TRACKING INFORMATION IS EMAILED FOR MOST ONLINE ORDERS
  • Certain items may require an additional freight charge. When required, this charge will be listed in the product description

**Filos Design is not responsible for packages once they are shipped from our warehouse.

We will help you contact the proper shipping company if delivery issues arise.

DAMAGES OR DEFECTS

  • ALL ORDERS MUST BE INSPECTED UPON DELIVERY
  • Products with embellishments must be handled with care and over time and dry cleaning some embellishments may fall off. This is part of the nature of these designs.
  • Damages and defects MUST be reported within 72 hours
  • Images may be needed to ascertain damage
  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or return
